* Receive Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins by one having authority from Jesus Christ.
* Receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost by the Laying on of Hands by one having authority from Jesus Christ as given in Jesus' time.

This SAME binding or sealing power has been RESTORED to the earth in our day in The Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints.
